Who we are
Douglas Logging Ltd is a local family run business and has been operating as a log harvesting crew since 1995 adding earthworks in 2012 and log cartage in 2017 to its portfolio. Peter Douglas started as an independent contractor and over the years the company has steadily grown now employing 100 staff including some that have been here since the company started.
Douglas Logging takes immense pride in being a company that people enjoy working for. Health and Safety comes first at Douglas Logging so we are fully invested in training along with the health of the staff.
We have been Safetree Certified since 2019 and are also LTSC credited.
